*DEPOSIT POLICY / CANCELLATION POLICY
Your deposit is used to guarantee your room for the dates you have selected. After accepting your deposit we remove your rooms from our booking calendar which prevents us from accepting other reservations for your room(s) and dates. Deposits are NOT REFUNDABLE. In the event of an emergency, Nora's will allow guests to RESCHEDULE (rebook) their visit, depending upon availability, and apply 100% of the deposit to the new date (different rates may apply).

Prices:

All prices are subject to change. Upon booking, a minimum of 1/3 of the total room rate is due as a deposit. Balance to be paid upon check in. Check in time is 3pm. Check out time is 12pm

Traveling with Minors:

All guests traveling with minors are responsible for the safety and well being of said minors. Parental or adult supervision is required at all times. This is especially true for the swimming pool and jacuzzi areas. NO POOL OR JACUZZI USE BY UNACCOMPANIED CHILDREN. Adults must restrict children from unreasonable noise or improper behavior. No running, or horseplay is allowed. Failure to control minors could result in being asked to leave the resort.

Accessibility or Special Needs:

Nora's Place Resort is not equipped with any special accessibility ramps, rooms or bathrooms. However, our staff is always available to assist guests at any time. All of our rooms are on the first floor and we have no stairs to climb. If you have a guest with Special Needs, please ask us and we will do our best to assist.

Parking:

We have very limited inside parking normally available for motorcycles and up to 1 or 2 cars. We do have parking in front of the resort on the street. The outside parking has a CCTV camera although this is not a guarantee of protection. We are not responsible for damage or theft to vehicles.

Hotel Events:

Nora's occasionally hosts events that may occur during your stay. Examples of these could be charity card games or live music, etc.. Also, since Nora's Cafe is open to the public, outside guests may dine in or use resort amenities including the pool.

Noise:

We ask that all guests keep noise levels low for the enjoyment of everyone. Absolutely NO microphones or personal karaoke devices are allowed. Any music played by guests must be kept at a low level. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding. Swimming pool hours are 8:30am to 11pm. Quiet time is after 10pm.

Corkage:

There is no corkage at Nora's. You many bring in your own food and drink from outside and enjoy it in your room or on the pool sun decks. We also have a full restaurant and bar when you can order breakfast lunch and dinner or snacks. Outside food cannot be eaten in the restaurant or bar (unless approved in advance by management).

Outside Guests:

Outside guests may visit overnight guests to help celebrate a special event. There is no charge for outside guests (within reason as determined by management) HOWEVER any outside guest that uses the swimming pool will be charged 250p.

Early Check in:

Our check in time is to allow us to clean and prepare the room for our incoming guests after a previous guest checks out. if the previous guest checks out early, sometimes we can allow an early check in... BUT always, even if we cannot accommodate your request for early entry to the room, incoming guests may leave bags with our reception and then enjoy our pool, resto, bar and facilities until their rooms are fresh and ready.

Pets:

Pets are allowed with Management Approval. (normally small dogs, etc). Guests are responsible for any damage caused by pets.
